Terms of Use

By installing or using Glimpse, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and any app-store terms that apply to your download or purchase.

Glimpse is an Android link organizer that helps you save, understand, search, and return to web content. Some features use connected AI processing, and the core library can continue with reduced functionality when that processing is unavailable. Features may change as the product improves.

The current Android release uses Google Sign-In. Sign in with Apple will apply to the iOS version when it becomes available. You are responsible for the security of your chosen sign-in account and activity associated with it. You must meet the minimum age required by your location and sign-in provider.

The Free plan includes unlimited link saving and manual organization by plan, plus 30 lifetime AI-enriched saves, 30 searches per UTC calendar month, and 30 Ask queries per UTC calendar month. The 30 AI-enriched saves are a lifetime allowance and do not refresh. Monthly plan allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month, not on the subscription billing date. Minute, hour, and day fair-use safeguards reset with their corresponding UTC server window; separate 31-day safeguards reset with their fixed server window. Unused allowance does not roll over. The Free plan's 30 AI-enriched saves are lifetime and never refresh; upgrading does not erase Free usage, so returning to Free restores the remaining lifetime balance rather than granting 30 new saves. Reaching an allowance does not erase your library or prevent a link from being saved; the connected feature may pause, and a save may be kept without AI-added context. Usage controls may be associated with the verified account and durable app installation, so switching accounts, clearing app data, or reinstalling does not create a new allowance.

Glimpse Pro is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. It includes 500 AI-enriched saves per UTC calendar month, expanded search with no separate monthly product quota, and expanded Ask access subject to fair use, semantic search, Weekly Recap, and multi-link synthesis. Google Play shows the price in the currency available for your country, applicable taxes, any trial terms, and the final charge before confirmation. The subscription renews monthly unless you cancel it through the app store before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not refund the current billing period, and Pro normally remains active until that paid period expires. When Pro ends, the Free plan applies again with the remaining balance of the original 30-save lifetime allowance; cancelling, resubscribing, or switching plans does not create a fresh Free allowance. A Pro entitlement is tied to the Glimpse account used for the purchase and cannot be transferred between Glimpse accounts. The app store manages payment, cancellation, and refund eligibility; we do not receive your full card details.

AI enrichment is limited to 3 saves per minute, 30 per UTC day, and 500 per fixed 31-day safeguard window. Ask Glimpse is limited to 6 requests per minute, 60 per UTC hour, 20 per UTC day, and 600 per fixed 31-day safeguard window. Semantic search and other general connected model requests are limited to 20 per minute, 300 per UTC hour, 500 per UTC day, and 2000 per fixed 31-day safeguard window. Pro search has no separate monthly plan quota, but these technical safeguards still apply. These safeguards apply independently from the advertised monthly allowance and may temporarily reject rapid, automated, abusive, unusually expensive, or security-sensitive activity. We may adjust safeguards to protect reliability, security, and service costs, but will update public plan information when a change materially affects ordinary use.

You keep ownership of the links, notes, and other material you add. Your saved library is stored in app-private storage on your device, and in-app backup files go to a location you choose. Android may separately back up or transfer app data according to your device and account settings. You are responsible for keeping backup copies secure and for making sure the content you save or share is lawful and does not violate another person's rights.

Do not use Glimpse to break the law, harm others, bypass lifetime, monthly, daily, hourly, or per-minute allowances or paid access, automate connected requests without permission, interfere with connected services, distribute malicious material, or attempt unauthorized access. You may not reverse engineer or modify the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Glimpse depends on service categories described in the Privacy Policy, including sign-in, app-store billing, AI processing, link-content retrieval, security, and analytics. Their availability can affect connected features. We do not control third-party websites you save or open, and their content and policies remain their responsibility.

Generated summaries, tags, answers, plans, recap wording, and notification wording can be incomplete or wrong. Check the original source before relying on an output, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions. Glimpse is an organization tool, not professional advice.

We work to keep Glimpse reliable, but do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause, or discontinue a feature when needed for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. Where practical, we will provide notice of a material change.

Glimpse is provided as available and without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, including loss of data, profit, or goodwill. Consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

You may stop using Glimpse at any time. Uninstalling removes the installed copy of the app's private local data but does not cancel an active app-store subscription, delete in-app backup files stored elsewhere, or control data retained by Android system backup or device transfer. We may suspend connected access for a serious or repeated violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms as Glimpse evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to the change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
